- To match your enquiry with one or more vetted local installers and pass your details to them so they can prepare your quotes.
- To contact you by telephone about the quote request you made — our contact with you is directly related to the application you submitted through this site.
- To respond to questions you send us and keep a record of your enquiry.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website using the attribution data described above.
There is no separate consent tickbox on the form by design: by submitting the form you agree that we may contact you in accordance with this policy. The form carries a visible notice to that effect.
Sharing your information
Qualified enquiries may be passed to a matched installer (or a small number of matched installers) so they can contact you about your quotes. We do not sell your personal information for unrelated marketing. We may also use trusted service providers who help us run the website and process enquiries, and we may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to provide the service and for our legitimate business and legal purposes — normally up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Marketing-attribution cookies expire after 90 days (see the cookie policy).
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability.
